Pasta with broccoli

  • olive oil 3-5 tbsp
  • nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • broccoli 1-2 heads
  • garlic 4-5 cloves
  • spaghetti 500 g pack
  • red pepper spice to taste



Cook in boiling water or steam broccoli florets until soft and changed colour. Meanwhile pour olive oil to frying pan, add chopped garlic and cook it in oil on slow fire until soft.

After broccoli are done, add them to frying pan, season with salt and ground pepper and mix everything well. Broccoli should be squeezed and melted into smooth mass. Add herbs and spices to your taste and keep under lid on slow fire for about 10 min.

Serve with spaghetti pasta, additionally season with olive oil and yeast flakes, or with Creamy potato cheese.
