Caesar salad with Heura®

  • olive oil 3 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • garlic 1 clove
  • Heura® Bocados 1 pack
  • romaine lettuce 3 small heads
  • croutons 100 gr
  • cherry tomatoes 8 (optional)
  • vegan mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • white wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  • vegan cheese 50 gr for grating
  • black pepper 0.5 tsp


Take 1 pack of Heura Bocados (these have a really good chunk size, no need to cut them for salad) and fry them on the olive oil. Flip occasionally and cook until slightly brown and crispy. Let them cool down.

Meanwhile prepare the sauce. In a small bowl mix together mayo, lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, grated cheese, salt and ground black pepper.

Wash lettuce leaves and cut them into bite-size pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes in halves. And prepare the croutons. You can cook croutons by yourself, baking or frying the bread of your choice, but we prefer this salad to remain as quickly to cook as possible so we bought already cooked small croutons.

Add all the ingredients to a big bowl, dress with the sauce and stir gently. Ready to eat straight away.
